Meet Kristen

Hi, I’m Kristen, birth doula, lactation consultant, educator, advocate, and fierce believer that you deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported during your journey to parenthood.

My path to birthwork started with my own experiences. Two births; one disempowering and one deeply healing. That contrast lit a fire in me to make sure other families didn’t feel alone the way I once did. Since then, I’ve supported hundreds of families across Denver and Boulder through hospital births, home births, medicated and unmedicated labors, and everything in between.

I bring not just experience, but presence. Holding space, offering grounded information, and anticipating needs before you even know they’re there.
